About this role
Join Traffy as a Business Development Manager to drive user acquisition for mobile apps across 30+ countries. Competitive salary with bonuses and fully remote work.
Description
Traffy is an international performance marketing agency focused on user acquisition for mobile applications. Operating in over 30 countries, we achieve more than 10 million installs annually. Within the agency, Adlure develops mobile traffic DSP purchasing.
Responsibilities
- Attracting new clients and agencies: searching, initial contact, presenting terms
- Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial conditions
- Maintaining a client database and communication history in CRM
- Participating in industry conferences and networking
- Transferring clients further in the process: to the buying team or account manager, depending on the direction
Requirements
- Experience in a 'white' agency
- Established contact base in mobile performance, agencies, publishers
- Real experience in sales or client acquisition in digital, affiliate, or media buying
- Plus: experience with CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Bitrix24, etc.)
Conditions & Benefits
- Up to $2000 net + profit bonus, no cap
- 3-month probation period
- Fully remote
- Employment terms discussed during the call, depending on the direction
