- Develop business in LATAM and be responsible for metric growth
- Independently manage the direction and make key decisions

- Experience in a similar role for at least 5 years
- Understanding of iGaming (or related industries) and a desire to deeply engage with the product
- Ability to work with data: not just viewing numbers, but drawing conclusions and making decisions
- Strong communication skills: ability to build dialogue between different teams
- Independence and maturity - take responsibility for the direction and complete tasks without constant supervision
- Strategic thinking: see growth points and be able to implement them
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- English from B1/B2
