About this role
Lime Trading is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its Introducing Brokers network, focusing on the mainland China market. The role is fully remote.
Description
Lime Trading (CY) Ltd is an international investment company regulated by CySEC (license №281/15), providing access to global stock and currency markets. The company offers brokerage and investment services to private and corporate clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Search, attract, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IB) and affiliates
- Build and develop long-term relationships with partners
- Support IB partners, conduct training, and provide marketing materials
- Achieve KPIs for the number of active IBs and trading volume
- Monitor partner effectiveness and compliance with internal company policies
- Collaborate with Team Leader on strategy and market analysis
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in FX Retail
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or managing IB partners in Forex/CFD
- Good understanding of the Introducing Brokers (IB) model
- Knowledge of the mainland China market and experience working with local partners
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and ready to work remotely
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
