About this role
Join Lime Trading as a Sales & Business Development Team Leader to lead a team of Business Development Managers and expand the Introducing Brokers network in mainland China.
Description
Lime Trading (CY) Ltd is an international investment company regulated by CySEC, providing access to global stock and currency markets. The company offers brokerage and investment services to private and corporate clients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Business Development Managers
- Achieve team and individual KPIs
- Develop strategies for attracting and retaining Introducing Brokers (IB)
- Build and develop relationships with key IB partners, institutional clients, and affiliates
- Analyze team performance, train and develop staff
- Identify new business development opportunities and market analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development in FX Retail
- Experience managing a BDM team or similar team in Forex / CFD
- Deep understanding of the Introducing Brokers (IB) model
- Excellent knowledge of the mainland China market and experience working with local partners
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a significant advantage
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and experience in remote work
- Willingness to travel (if necessary)
