We are looking for a Call Center Specialist to handle incoming calls, interact with mobile service providers, and manage documentation.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming calls (consultation, information), timely transfer of received information to employees of related departments.
- Interact with mobile service providers, manage documentation, check registries, prepare monthly reports.
- Connect/disconnect employees from mobile services.
- Interact with mobile service providers, manage documentation, work with mobile operator representatives, work in the operator's personal account; conclude contracts for corporate mobile services.
- Initiate requests for connecting corporate SIM cards for company employees.
- Execute tasks based on requests for connecting/disconnecting services within the scope of responsibilities.
- Agree on contracts.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position.
- Skills in Microsoft Excel, 1C DO, 1C UХ, and processing primary documents.
