About this role
Join T1 as a Data Scientist focusing on LLM/NLP with 3-6 years of experience. Work on integrating LLM into products and optimizing performance.
Description
T1 is one of the leaders in the Russian IT market, a partner of key manufacturers and developers in the IT field. The Artificial Intelligence direction includes big data, information storage platforms, analytical and recommendation systems for large businesses.
Responsibilities
- Integration of LLM into products and services (API, backend, data processing pipelines)
- Evaluation of model response quality (automatic metrics, human eval)
- Building RAG systems: data indexing, working with vector databases
- Optimizing performance and cost of inference (quantization, batching, caching)
Requirements
- Confident knowledge of Python, SQL
- Knowledge in NLP algorithms
- Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning / PEFT (LoRA, adapters), RAG approaches
- Experience with frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face
