- Lead a team of NLP engineers and backend developers
- Plan and prioritize tasks, conduct reviews, and control the quality of solutions
- Define architecture and technology stack for LLM/NLP development
- Manage key projects in the direction — banking document parsing platform
- Formulate technical requirements and decompose tasks
- Maintain technical backlog and prioritize requests from multiple clients
- Control the implementation of solutions at all stages of development
- Interact with business clients and related IT teams
- Develop team expertise, organize knowledge sharing, and establish best practices
- Mentor and support the professional development of employees
- Participate in the selection, integration, and optimization of ML, OCR, LLM, and VLM models
- Design scalable solutions for industrial deployment of models
Requirements
Requirements
- At least five years of commercial experience in NLP, LLM, or backend development in Python
- No less than three years of experience as a Tech Lead
- Practical experience in managing an engineering team and the technical part of the product
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms, OCR models, LLM and VLM architectures
- Proficient in Python
- Practical experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, sentence-transformers, and FastAPI
- Experience in integrating and optimizing models like Qwen, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral, or similar
- Understanding of inference optimization principles
- Knowledge of scaling, caching, and distributed inference approaches
- Experience interacting with business clients and related IT teams
- Ability to form and maintain a technical backlog
- Skills in gathering, decomposing, and prioritizing requirements from multiple clients
