SimbirSoft is looking for a Prompt Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in LLM solutions. The role involves prototyping, testing, and managing quality of LLM-based solutions remotely.
Responsibilities

- Prototype, test, and manage quality of LLM-based solutions
- Configure model behavior (without fine-tuning) — experiment with prompts (CoT, Tree-of-thoughts, few-shot, structured outputs, tool calling, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams in designing dialogue scenarios
- Test and evaluate quality of LLM solutions at all stages — collect and regularly update golden sets
- Develop instructions for annotators and participate in annotation
- Analyze logs, traces, and feedback on real assistant performance in production
- Integrate LLM into products with developers
Requirements
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience solving real business tasks using LLM
- Good Python skills, experience with analytical tools (jupyter, pandas, matplotlib)
- Experience with SQL, data handling skills
- Experience with OpenAI API and similar
- Skills in testing and regression checks of prompts
