Sales Support Manager position at T1 in Moscow. Responsibilities include document management, CRM administration, and client interaction.
Responsibilities
- Managing and controlling document flow for ongoing projects: commercial proposals, contracts, preparation of closing documents, active interaction with internal services, clients, and contractors
- Administration of the CRM system
- Preparing data for reports
- Interacting with clients and internal company services within the designated area of responsibility
- Administrative support for sales staff
- Tender support: interaction with the tender department on current competitions, gathering necessary documents/certificates for submission in the competition, agreeing on tender contracts
- Interaction with the marketing department (presentations on products, services, etc.)
- Signed contracts and other contractual documentation within established deadlines
- Accuracy of data in the CRM system
- Coordination of the commercial department's work with other divisions
Requirements
- Skills in business correspondence
- Experience in editing contracts and other documents within the approval processes with internal services
- Experience working with a CRM system
- Experience with electronic document management systems
- Understanding of basic financial planning principles
- Experience as a project administrator
- Experience working with 1C
- Knowledge of specialized programs: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook, electronic document management systems, 1C, CRM
