Description
An international payment provider (EU/LATAM/Asia) specializing in the high-risk sector with a focus on iGaming is seeking a B2B Sales Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting and acquiring new high-risk merchants in international markets via both inbound leads and outbound efforts
- Conducting negotiations and presentations, preparing commercial proposals, agreeing on partnership terms (fees, limits, GEO), and managing clients throughout the entire sales cycle
- Managing deals in the CRM and keeping the client database up to date
- Meeting individual KPIs and sales targets
- Participating in international conferences
- Gathering client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services
Requirements
Our ideal candidate:
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales of payment solutions
- Experience selling to iGaming/high-risk merchants and an understanding of high-risk payment specifics
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong self-organization, result orientation, and a proactive work approach
- An existing network of contacts in iGaming and related verticals is an advantage
- Willingness to travel regularly and attend international conferences
- English B2+
