Requirements
- Proven CEO / COO / Managing Director experience in iGaming
- Proven track record of scaling B2C gaming businesses
- Strong expertise in Tier 1 markets and international operations
- Strong P&L management and understanding of unit economics
- Experience in building and managing high-performance executive and cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution
- Fluent Russian or Ukrainian language
