APERCON is looking for a Gamification Manager to develop and scale gamification mechanics focused on player engagement, retention and revenue growth in the CIS market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch gamification mechanics to increase player engagement, retention and activity.
- Manage and optimize bonus and promotional mechanics, balancing player attractiveness with business profitability.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C iGaming (Casino) in Gamification, CRM, Retention, VIP Management or Promo/Product Marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of the CIS iGaming market, player behavior and the full Player Journey.
- Hands-on experience with promotions
