APERCON is looking for a Head of International Recruitment to lead recruitment operations and develop talent acquisition across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement international recruitment strategies
- Lead hiring across Europe, and other international markets
- Manage recruitment for senior and key business positions
- Build and optimize sourcing and hiring processes
- Lead and develop the recruitment team
- Work closely with C-Level and senior management on hiring priorities
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment leadership roles (Head of TA, Head of Recruiting, Recruitment Director, Head of agency)
- Proven experience hiring senior and managerial positions
- Mandatory iGaming experience
- Strong knowledge of European and CIS talent markets
- Experience managing recruitment teams and processes
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with senior management
- English — Upper-Intermediate+
