- Ensure the management accounting and reporting accuracy for all Holding projects (business processes, budgets, acts, cash accounting systems, etc.).
- Organize the Accounting work across all Holding companies (maintaining accurate records, timely and accurate reporting, taxation, availability of all primary documents, etc.).
- Budgeting, plan/fact analysis;
- Actively participate in optimizing and automating financial department processes;
- Optimize project expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate contracts/contract terms.
- Optimize taxes for the Companies and Businesses of the Holding.
- Manage treasury and cash flows of the Holding.
- Manage non-residents.
- Higher education (accounting and auditing, economics, finance);
- High level of communication;
- Ability to communicate with top project managers and partners;
- Experience as a deputy CFO or chief accountant for at least 3 years;
- Experience in team management;
- Experience working with non-residents (not as partners, but as business participants) - this is mandatory;
- Knowledge of English - at least B2.
- Form of cooperation: Individual Entrepreneur (FOP).
- Main focus - important experience working with international structures (preferably Poland, Hong Kong, UAE, Cyprus, Monaco, etc.), tax optimization.
