- Experience in seed/pre-seed stages, balancing speed and correctness
- Takes ownership without reminders, finds workarounds when faced with obstacles
- Thrives in uncertainty, using it as motivation
- Founding Team status
- Direct interaction with the founder
- Competitive fixed salary plus revenue share
- Work on a technically complex, culturally significant product in an underserved niche
