The product is in its early stages, with a small, fast-paced team.
- Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap entirely
- Engage deeply with traders to turn pain points into specs
- Prioritize ruthlessly: decide what to build or discard
- Collaborate hands-on with the engineering team: write specs, review flows, participate in shipping
- Build a metrics system from scratch: retention, activation, revenue impact
- Identify market gaps unseen by competitors
- 5+ years in product management in crypto/fintech/trading/AI-fintech
- Experience launching products from scratch
- Proven high-grossing projects with demonstrated PMF
- Experience in seed/pre-seed stages, balancing speed and correctness
- Takes ownership without reminders, finds workarounds when faced with obstacles
- Thrives in uncertainty, using it as motivation
- Founding Team status
- Direct interaction with the founder
