About this role
Join an international payment company as Chief Product Officer to lead product portfolio development and strategy.
Description
We are an international payment company with over 20 years in the market, providing more than 80 payment methods and working with low-, mid-, and high-risk merchants.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company's product strategy
- Develop platform products: Wallet, P2P, Crypto, Processing, and payment infrastructure
- Manage the full product lifecycle and product teams
- Make decisions on launching new products and entering new markets
- Develop R&D, launch MVPs, and validate product hypotheses
Requirements
- Experience as CPO / Head of Product in FinTech, Payments, or PSP
- Deep expertise in payments (Cards, Wallets, P2P, Crypto)
- Experience managing a multi-product organization and international teams
- Understanding of unit economics and working with banks, PSPs, and payment systems
- Experience launching new products and entering new markets
- Experience working in the Russian and CIS markets
- English — B2+
