About this role

An international payment company in the high-risk segment is seeking an HR Business Partner in Limassol to build HR functions and manage recruitment processes.

Description

An international payment company in the high-risk segment is looking for an HR Business Partner / HRBP in Limassol office. The company works with iGaming, betting, crypto, and other high-risk merchants.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
  • Close key positions for team growth, prioritizing finance and operations roles.
  • Gradually build HR processes from scratch: onboarding, adaptation, performance review, HR reporting, motivation processes, leave and sick leave policies.
  • Help the company transition from manual management to a more systematic operational model.
  • Propose and implement ATS/HRM tools if necessary.
  • Work directly with the CEO: propose solutions, highlight risks, assist with hiring and team development.
  • Support employees and gradually form a clear HR infrastructure.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Confident full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience in high-risk payments, iGaming, fintech, crypto, or related industries.
  • Willingness to work with a small team where processes are not fully established.
  • Ability to propose structure independently without waiting for ready-made instructions.
  • Hands-on mindset: readiness to close vacancies and launch processes personally.
  • Russian as a working language.
  • English from B1 level.
  • Willingness to work from Limassol in an office format.
