We are looking for a COO to lead operations, scale the business, and establish effective processes within an international payment company.
Responsibilities
- Managing operational activities and key business processes.
- Developing and implementing operational strategy.
- Scaling processes during business growth and entering new markets.
- Optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Coordinating Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, IT, Product, and Commercial.
- Managing relationships with banks, PSPs, and strategic partners.
- Participating in launching new payment products and international projects.
- Managing the team and key operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in an international payment company / PSP / EMI / bank.
- 5+ years in leadership positions.
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and international payments.
- Experience managing operational teams and scaling business processes.
- Experience interacting with banks and PSPs.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Strong leadership and management skills, systematic thinking, and high independence.
- A plus: experience in high-risk segments (iGaming, Crypto, Forex) and entering new markets.
