About this role
Join Hostinger as the Chief Revenue & Analytics Officer to lead analytics and revenue strategies for a rapidly growing web hosting platform.
Description
Hostinger is a web hosting and digital services platform for launching and developing online projects.
Responsibilities
- Own unit economics: LTV, CAC, cohort payback, and margin by plans and segments.
- Define pricing, packaging, subscriptions, trial periods, and localization for all product lines.
- Restructure the analytics organization from a request queue to a proactive function within the business.
- Be responsible for onboarding, activation, renewal, cross-sell, upgrade, and net revenue retention.
Requirements
- Experience leading a central analytics organization at scale and transforming its operational model.
- Experience managing managers and owning monetization, pricing, or revenue outcomes.
- Strong expertise in unit economics, segmentation, pricing, and customer lifecycle analytics.
- Ability to build cross-functional collaboration with Product, Finance, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.
