- 2-5 years related working experience
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or related fields
- Experience in trading market, third-party payment, clearing and settlement positions in banks preferred
- Keen sense of risk and ability to identify risks
- Strong logic analysis, communication, and expression skills
