- Work with current clients and attract new ones
- Outgoing and incoming calls, consultations for new clients on 1C:Reporting, 1C services, and company offerings
- Technical support for users in 1C:Reporting, assist with program errors
- Document support for clients (drafting commercial proposals, signing contracts, issuing invoices)
- Renewal of 1C services (1C:Reporting, 1C:Signature), issuing invoices, tracking payments, renewals
- Monitor client payments and control accounts receivable
