About this role
Looking for a CMO to lead marketing in a fintech/crypto product team. Must have strong experience in paid traffic and data-driven marketing.
Description
We are an international fintech team building a product at the intersection of virtual cards, payments, and crypto infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an audit and stop ineffective channels
- Restructure marketing strategy and positioning
- Scale working channels (paid - priority)
- Launch new hypotheses (influencers, partnerships, content)
- Build an analytics system and transparent reporting
- Assemble and manage a team
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing, 2+ years as Head / CMO
- Experience in Fintech / Crypto / Payments
- Strong paid traffic (mandatory)
- Data-driven: CAC / LTV / funnel / ROI
- Experience in restructuring or building marketing
