About this role

ChainZap is looking for a Community Growth Specialist to engage in OTC/P2P chats and facilitate transactions without being salesy. Remote position with a test period and performance-based salary growth.

Description

We are ChainZap. We create a Telegram tool for OTC/P2P transactions. We help verify addresses before sending to avoid mistakes or impersonation in chats.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in OTC/P2P chats as a regular member
  • Insert CZ-ID during transactions (when an address appears)
  • Write briefly and natively, without 'sales'
  • Observe reactions and record results
Requirements
  • Already participate in OTC/P2P chats
  • Understand how transactions occur (USDT, TRC20, etc.)
  • Write like a 'local', not like an advertisement
  • Quickly navigate dialogues

  • During the test, payment: fixed $200 + bonuses
  • After the test: fixed $300–600/month + bonuses
  • Salary growth with performance improvement
