Responsibilities

• Planning and preparation of investments:

- Verification of the technical condition of properties, assessment of project feasibility, developing construction organization plans (staging, logistics, deliveries in the city center), and preparing cost estimates and schedules.

• Managing construction execution:

- Full supervision of construction, thermal modernization, installation, and finishing works. Organizing regular Construction Council meetings and preparing weekly and monthly plans for Site Managers.

• Technical supervision and quality control:

- Establishing strict quality standards for each contractor, presence at the acceptance of the most important work scopes, and verification and preparation of readiness cards for handover.

• Technical decisions and non-standard situations:

- Independently making engineering decisions in case of incomplete documentation, continuously updating execution projects to ensure work continuity, and providing technical advice to the Sales Department (e.g., regarding tenant changes).

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Construction Manager (preferably documented completion of at least 3-4 construction projects from start to finish).
• Construction qualifications to manage works in the construction and structural specialty without restrictions.
• Practical experience in projects such as: reconstruction with an extension, general renovations.
• Highly developed managerial skills: assertiveness, clear and precise communication style, high decision-making ability, and the ability to implement a mentoring approach in working with the team.
• Business approach to engineering: focus on continuous cost and time optimization and close, partnership cooperation with management.
• Preferred: experience with historical buildings or tenement houses.
• Experience in projects over 3000 m² PUM+ and budgets above 20 million PLN. We value diversity and the number of completed investments - a rich, diverse portfolio is more important to us than the size of budgets.
