Description
The Material Preparation Department of the online school 'EGE Nalekke' is looking for a text author to help students stay informed, receive important information on time, and actively participate in the life of the course's closed Telegram channels.
Responsibilities
- Prepare informational posts and newsletters about deadlines, webinars, material releases, and other course news.
- Write engaging posts for closed Telegram channels: come up with interactive content and discussion topics that maintain students' interest in preparation.
- Format texts for closed course communities: descriptions of VK groups and Telegram channels, welcome and pinned posts.
- Check finished texts for correctness, accuracy of dates, links, and other information, maintaining a consistent communication style.
- Coordinate content and text submission for publication with representatives of the Material Preparation Department and the technical department, adhering to agreed deadlines.
Requirements
- Ability to write clearly, vividly, and structurally.
- Creativity, sense of humor, and understanding of the communication style of teenagers.
- Ability to adapt texts to the tone of voice of the school and different audiences: students and staff.
- Excellent command of the Russian language: knowledge of spelling, punctuation, and grammar rules.
- Attention to detail and typos.
- Independence: ability to clarify inputs, propose ideas, and bring tasks to completion.
- Ability to assess task volume, meet deadlines, and communicate risks of delays in advance.
Conditions & Benefits
- The volume of tasks and deadlines are agreed upon in advance; sometimes urgent publications arise during the day, so it is important to be available throughout the day.
- Compensation is 35,000–55,000 rubles for the agreed volume of services, with the final amount depending on the number of courses supported and materials prepared.
