Join DK Global as a Content Manager / Copywriter to help B2B tech companies build personal brands on LinkedIn. Develop content strategies, engage with audiences, and create impactful content.
DK Global is a social selling agency that helps B2B tech companies generate new business by building the personal brands of their employees on LinkedIn. We work with international clients in the tech industry, creating content for founders, CEOs, and senior executives — primarily in English, and occasionally in Russian.
- Develop content strategies and monthly content plans for LinkedIn profiles, turning ideas into posts, articles, and visual content such as graphics and carousels. The typical workload is 4–5 posts per month per profile.
- Research industries, markets, clients, competitors, and relevant trends.
- Quickly get up to speed on new products, technologies, and industries.
- Interview clients and turn their ideas, expertise, and experience into strong, engaging content.
- Analyze post performance and suggest ways to improve content and engagement.
- Engage with the client’s target audience through thoughtful comments and conversations from their LinkedIn profile, helping build their visibility and positioning.
- C1/C2 English.
- Fluent Russian, preferably native-level.
- You know how to work with a topic rather than wait for a detailed brief — you can come up with ideas, find relevant material, and develop the angle yourself.
- You understand the reader’s journey and can build a clear narrative rather than simply putting together a series of paragraphs.
- You know how to use AI for research, analysis, and structuring information — while still being able to turn the output into natural, human writing without AI clichés or that generic “AI-generated” feel.
- You care about meaning, logic, and the final result — not just making the copy look polished.
- You understand how to work with messaging, triggers, hooks, and different content angles.
- You have experience in content marketing, copywriting, social media, or a related field.
- You’re comfortable quickly diving into unfamiliar topics and industries.
- Experience with LinkedIn is a plus — or, at the very least, you’re willing to learn how the platform and its content mechanics work.
- Fully remote work and a flexible schedule.
- International projects and clients.
- A young, international team.
- Direct collaboration with founders and executives of tech companies.
- Plenty of room to grow together with the agency.
