Description
Chizhov Studio is an SMM agency with clients including T-Bank, VSK, Realme, and others.
Responsibilities
- Implement content strategy, propose solutions for content plans, and write posts.
- Assign tasks to designers and editors and work with templates in Figma.
- Track trends and news, adapting them for projects.
- Analyze content effectiveness and improve results.
- Participate in creating special projects and gamifications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Experience in creating creative ideas with high reach.
- Knowledge of social media mechanics, including interactive formats in Telegram.
- Familiarity with trends, memes, and case studies of Russian and foreign brands.
- Experience using AI for working with ideas, texts, and textures.
- Ability to assess the quality of creative solutions.
Conditions & Benefits
- Salary from 90,000 ₽ before tax.
- Remote work or office in Kursk.
- 5/2 schedule, 9:00–18:00 MSK.
