Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Fintech (non-banking) / iGaming / High-risk
- Understanding of crypto regulations, differences between 'white' acquiring and the gambling market reality
- Technical background: understanding backend architecture, APIs, banking gateways, and data mapping
- Entrepreneurial spirit: high independence, ability to work in uncertainty, proactive search for growth points
- Experience with tokenomics is a plus: understanding how to integrate tokens into products to create real demand and liquidity
- English B2/C1
