About this role
Join Riorise as a Creative Producer to develop advertising strategies and manage creative content for our mobile MMO RPG. Work remotely with a flexible schedule.
Description
We are developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG that combines open-world, roleplay, life simulation, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real-time.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop advertising creative ideas based on data and test results.
- Formulate hypotheses and directions for testing new mechanics.
- Set tasks for agencies, evaluate and control the quality of materials, ensure compliance with the creative strategy.
- Maintain and update the strategy based on test results and analytics.
- Work with marketing metrics (CPM, CPA, etc.), identify patterns, and formulate conclusions.
- Maintain a steady flow of creatives and coordinate interaction with contractors.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a creative producer in gamedev.
- Experience in User Acquisition or creating advertising creatives.
- Understanding of marketing metrics and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Transparency: open communication, status tracking, ideas, and interim results.
- Ability to independently launch tasks and bring ideas to testing without micromanagement.
