About this role

Description
We are an international iGaming holding operating in tier-1 markets. Within our ecosystem, we have our own online brands, a platform for launching and managing iGaming projects, as well as solutions in development, payments, and gambling.
Responsibilities
- Set up external trigger communications and keep them up to date (technical emails/SMS, segmented trigger chains)
- Configure and create promotional campaigns, maintain their relevance
- Set up bonuses, tournaments, fortune wheels, lotteries in the back office
- Track key retention metrics and build promotional campaigns based on them
- Analyze campaign results and set tasks for analytics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM / Retention marketing in iGaming
- Practical experience in launching and managing multi-channel CRM campaigns in Customer.io (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Ability to work with segmentation and personalization for different user categories
- Understanding of key retention and monetization metrics (LTV, churn, ARPU, ARPPU, etc.)
- Skills in analyzing campaign effectiveness, experience with reports and A/B testing
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, ability to propose new ideas for increasing player engagement
- Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT)
