About this role
Join an international iGaming holding as a Senior CRM Manager. Work remotely and manage retention strategies across tier-1 markets.
Description
We are an international iGaming holding, operating in tier-1 markets. Within our ecosystem, we have our own online brands, a platform for launching and managing iGaming projects, as well as solutions in development, payments, and gambling.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain trigger communications: technical emails/SMS, segmented chains
- Create and update promotional campaigns
- Collect bonuses, tournaments, fortune wheels, and lotteries in the BO
- Monitor retention metrics and launch promotions based on them
- Analyze campaign results and set tasks for analytics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM/Retention in iGaming
- Experience launching multi-channel campaigns in Customer.io (email, push, SMS, in-app)
- Ability to segment and personalize for different player categories
- Understanding of retention and monetization metrics: LTV, churn, ARPU, ARPPU
- Skills in campaign analysis, working with reports and A/B testing
- Attention to detail, systematic approach, ideas for engagement
- Confident use of AI (Claude, ChatGPT)
