Join an international iGaming holding as an Investment Manager, focusing on building a portfolio of promising businesses in a new investment direction.
Description
We are an international iGaming holding developing our own projects and directions in the payment sector. We are actively launching a new investment direction to form a portfolio of promising businesses.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze potential investment projects and companies;
- Study financial and management reports, financial models, and business structure;
- Assess business value, investment attractiveness, and potential profitability;
- Communicate with founders, shareholders, and top management of companies;
- Build and analyze complex financial models;
- Formulate investment cases (Investment Memo) for presentation to stakeholders;
- Coordinate the Due Diligence process and interact with internal teams;
- Participate in negotiations and support transactions until closure (subsequently - portfolio monitoring).
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the investment field, company valuation, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or related areas;
- Practical experience in evaluating real companies or investment projects;
- Proficient in financial modeling (Excel);
- Skills in analyzing financial reports, budgeting, and building financial forecasts;
- Experience communicating with business representatives in project or deal evaluations;
- Ability to independently gather, structure information, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and a high degree of independence.
- Advantageous: English language and a relevant higher education (finance/economics).
