- Offer relevant proposals and address doubts and objections.
- Drive users to take targeted actions, such as making deposits.
- Use phone calls, messengers, and SMS as primary communication channels.

- Experience in active B2C sales.
- Strong skills in telephone negotiations and handling objections.
- Ability to work at a high pace and meet KPIs.
- Fluent in Kyrgyz or Tajik.
- Good command of Russian.
- Experience in iGaming is a plus but not mandatory.
