Responsibilities

• Develop the risk management system.
• Identify and assess risks associated with the digital currency exchange operations.
• Develop internal rules, limits, and risk mitigation measures.
• Monitor compliance with limits and prepare reports for management.
• Interact with compliance, AML, finance, and IT teams.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Proven experience in risk management, internal control, auditing, or other relevant work in the financial market.
• Ability to assess risks and propose clear solutions for the business.
• Impeccable business reputation.

Suitable Experience

• At least 1 year in a managerial position in a financial organization, such as head of risk management, internal control, or auditing.
• At least 2 years of relevant work in risk management, internal control, or auditing in a financial organization or as an auditor of its financial statements.
• At least 3 years of work in a relevant department of a financial organization or regulator, such as in financial operations, accounting, legal support, or supervision.

Conditions

• Understanding of the crypto market, digital assets, and the specifics of cryptocurrency exchange operations is a plus.
