Alfa-Bank is looking for a Data Engineer with 3-6 years of experience to develop HR reporting DWH and ensure data quality.
Responsibilities

- Develop HR reporting DWH: participate in the design and scaling of the corporate data warehouse
- Integrate sources: collect, clean, and consolidate data from accounting systems (including SAP HCM/SAP BW)
- Design data marts: translate business and top management requirements into understandable technical algorithms and data
- Ensure data quality: implement Data Quality and Data Governance processes
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience in DWH, ETL, or Data Engineering – from 3 years
- Practical experience in designing and developing data warehouses
- Proficient in Postgresql, MS Sql, Python (data processing, integration, and automation), Apache Airflow, Kafka, Git
- Commitment to Data Governance approach
- Ability to make independent decisions, document them, and bring them to production
- Understanding of basic data storage principles in SAP HCM / SAP BW is a plus
- Understanding of BI system requirements for data structure and quality is a plus
- Understanding of key HR reporting metrics is a plus
