About this role
Join Tutu as a Design Director to lead a team of designers and enhance the visual language of our travel services. Drive product design, manage design systems, and collaborate across teams.
Description
Tutu is one of the largest travel services in Russia with a wide ecosystem of services: from searching and purchasing tickets to booking accommodations and tours.
Responsibilities
- Develop the visual language of the product: components, typography, animation, illustrations, and micro-interactions
- Launch new products, features, and enhance existing ones
- Design scalable interfaces and ensure UX quality in key scenarios
- Develop the design system and collaborate with communication design
- Work closely with product, analytics, development, and marketing
- Understand the impact of design on conversion, user retention, NPS, and perceived product quality
- Defend design solutions before management
- Implement AI tools in concepting, process optimization, and working with product screens
- Manage a team of 15+ designers: participate in hiring, onboarding, development, and mentoring, build processes and design culture
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product design in B2C, high-load services, e-commerce, or travel-tech
- 2+ years of leadership experience in product design
- Portfolio with real cases demonstrating a rethinking of visual language and implementation of design systems
- Examples of measurable business impact: conversion growth, reduced bounce rate, increased LTV
- Experience managing multiple design directions, developing designers, and building processes
