Aston is looking for a DevOps Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to create CI/CD processes and optimize internal workflows. The position offers remote, office, or hybrid work options.
Responsibilities

- Create new CI/CD processes
- Automate and optimize internal processes for test and production environments
- Participate in R&D projects for application architecture development
- Implement platform releases and pipelines
- Collaborate with product and platform teams
- Ensure compliance with bank security policies for application deployment
- Utilize AI tools and develop new ones for work optimization
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Experience in building CI/CD processes
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Jenkins and developing Jenkins Shared Libraries
- Experience with Istio Service Mesh
- Knowledge of Java/Groovy for scripting
- Proficient in Bash for writing simple scripts
- Experience with Atlassian product stack (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence)
- Knowledge of Python for writing simple scripts
- Familiarity with modern AI assistant/agent usage
- Ability to read logs, analyze issues, and find solutions
- Willingness to grow and share knowledge with colleagues
