Join Binance as an EWRA Specialist to develop and implement a global Compliance Risk Management Program, focusing on financial crime risk assessment and compliance assurance in a remote role.

Responsibilities
  • Assist efforts in the development and implementation of the global Compliance Risk Management Program.
  • Assist with the process of Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) EWRA on at least an annual basis.
  • Lead Risk Assessment of additional Financial Crime segments.
  • Liaise with the Business Unit Compliance team for risk assessments.
  • Work with stakeholders to document and maintain control inventories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally to ensure risk assessment methodology meets expectations.
  • Support teams in developing and managing policies and procedures for risk mitigation.
  • Assist with all pillars of the developed Compliance Risk Management framework.
  • Embed AI-enabled techniques into EWRA workstreams.
  • Assist with the development of timely management information on Compliance Risk insights.
  • Produce MI/metrics for senior management on risk areas.
  • Monitor and report RAS KRIs on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
  • Degree in business management, finance, or economics.
  • Advanced professional risk certificate is preferred (e.g. CAMS-RM).
  • 5+ years as a compliance professional in a regulated financial services environment.
  • 2+ years of direct experience in Compliance Risk and EWRA implementation.
  • Practical AI and GenAI literacy.
  • Familiarity with AI governance and Responsible AI principles.
  • Data literacy sufficient to interrogate AI-generated outputs.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organisation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proactive, diligent team player.
