About this role
Join our advertising agency as a Farmer Support for night shifts. Engage with buyers in support chats and manage advertising accounts.
Description
We are an advertising agency working in the foreign market, launching targeted advertising in the Crypto vertical.
Responsibilities
- Work in support chats with buyers, resolving technical issues
- Issue consumables
- Register advertising accounts (following instructions)
- Maintain records and reporting in Google Sheets
Requirements
- Experience working in support is mandatory
- Experience with advertising accounts
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ideally, live in a different time zone so our night shifts are daytime for you
Conditions & Benefits
- 5/2 schedule, night shifts from 21:00 to 09:00 MSK
