Financial Controller & Treasury

Your role will include:

• Automating payment processes and reporting using n8n and other tools;
• Controlling the company's cash flows: tracking the movement of funds, including all payouts, transfers, and money in transit;
• Conducting balance reconciliations, commissions, and financial operations;
• Executing the full cycle of payments: checking requests, preparing payments, controlling execution and compliance with the payment calendar;
• Working in Airtable, Nocodb, Metabase, and other systems: controlling payment requests, correctness of statuses, automating accounting;
• Monitoring liquidity levels;
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data in accounting systems;
• Monitoring client top-ups, commissions, and service deductions;
• Analyzing deviations and dynamics of financial indicators;
• Controlling the closing of management accounting periods.

We expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in finance;
• Understanding of cash flow: payments, transfers, and account balances;
• Understanding of P&L structure and cash flow movements;
• Intermediate English level or higher;
• High attention to detail and meticulousness;
• Initiative in process improvement.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience with Airtable, Make, n8n, or similar tools;
• Experience in building and automating treasury processes;
• Skills in financial modeling and cash flow forecasting.
