Bell Integrator is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a senior role, to work on AI-related projects in a hybrid office environment.

- Develop and connect tools based on Model Context Protocol (MCP): understand the structure of MCP servers and design client solutions "interface - agent - tools"
- Write specifications and rules for agents, develop the team's skill registry
- Review code — both human and agent; maintain quality standards
- Participate in planning, task estimation, releases; collaborate with analysts, backend, design, and QA; mentor juniors — including teaching them to work with agents
- Develop and refactor platform modules (media storage management interfaces) — using agents under your control
- Design interaction surfaces between humans and AI: chats with streaming responses (SSE), canvases, agent dashboards
- Create your own AI agents and multi-agent systems integrated into the product

Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial frontend development experience, including 2 years in a senior role
- Deep practical experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, understanding of their internals
- Experience in designing architectures for complex frontend applications and making key technical decisions
- Understanding and application of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles, as well as design patterns
- Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, RTK Query) in large projects
