About this role
Bell Integrator is seeking an AI Developer (Python) with 3+ years of commercial experience to work on an AI assistant project. The role is fully remote within Russia.
Description
Bell Integrator is a large system integrator and accredited IT company. The team is creating an AI assistant (based on GigaChat) in the Treasury channel: the assistant will allow clients to independently change the parameters of the 'Unified Balance' service.

- Design, develop, and implement AI agents
- Integrate various solutions with other systems, ensuring their interaction
- Work with LLM, including prompt engineering and optimizing interaction with large language models
Requirements
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Python, with 3+ years of commercial development experience (according to Russian labor laws)
- Good knowledge of FastAPI, REST API, and asynchronous programming
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker / Docker Compose
- Experience with Qdrant or other vector databases
- Practical understanding of RAG: chunking, embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering
- Experience integrating LLM APIs: OpenAI, GigaChat, Anthropic, or similar
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, or sentence-transformers
- Experience with Kafka; RabbitMQ may be considered as an alternative
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
