- Spearhead feature development from requirements to delivery
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile framework
- Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, readability, and performance
- Take ownership of the product, tech stack, and development processes
- Minimum 4 years of experience in modern Fullstack technologies
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, or other web frameworks and Python on the backend
- Experience writing unit tests
- Experience addressing performance issues, both in web apps and backend systems
- Familiarity with state management libraries
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges with autonomy, strong design sense, and analytical skills
- A mindset that challenges the status quo, always seeking workflow improvements
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining reusable, maintainable components
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and languages
