Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the visitor’s personal account and parts of the funnel from landing pages to booked lessons
- Own attribution: end-to-end visit tracking chains, UTM parameters, and diagnosing gaps in V2L/V2B tracking
- Build server-side integrations with ad platforms (e.g., Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and similar)
- Write and debug backend code in Python/Node: endpoints, caching, and server-side rendering
- Support A/B testing: rollouts, feature flags, and post-experiment code cleanup
- Investigate production incidents via Sentry and drive them through to resolution
- Monitor and optimize public page speed: Core Web Vitals
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience with TypeScript and React
- Python and Node.js: ability to work independently on the backend—endpoints, caching, SSR debugging—beyond just a thin BFF (Backend-For-Frontend) layer
- Experience with analytics and tracking: GTM, event tracking, server-side conversion delivery. Understanding how data travels from click to report, and the ability to locate data leaks/loss
- Product mindset: working with metrics and hypotheses rather than just closing tickets
- English proficiency
