About this role
Join a compact team to develop mobile applications using AI tools. Work on MVPs, analyze metrics, and influence product development.
Description
We are launching a new direction within a large product — creating and developing mobile applications with active use of AI tools. We work in the format of rapid product experiments: launching MVPs, testing hypotheses, analyzing metrics, and developing products that show results.
Responsibilities
- Quickly create and launch new mobile applications and MVPs;
- Develop frontend using React + TypeScript and mobile with React Native;
- Develop backend using Python and/or Node.js;
- Work with REST API, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis;
- Implement gaming and engagement mechanics: challenges, achievements, leaderboards, tournaments, rewards, and progression;
- Integrate applications with analytical and internal services;
- Independently make technical decisions and choose architecture for MVP;
- Rapidly adapt products based on user and business metrics;
- Refactor and scale successful MVPs to production quality;
- Conduct code reviews, including deep checks of AI-generated code;
- Actively use Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and other modern AI tools in daily development.
Requirements
- Commercial experience in development with React + TypeScript;
- Experience in mobile application development;
- Practical experience with React Native or another modern mobile stack;
- Commercial backend experience with Python or Node.js;
- Experience with FastAPI / Django / Django REST Framework or NestJS / Express / Fastify;
- Experience in designing and developing REST APIs;
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MySQL, Redis;
- Understanding of client state management: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query or analogs;
- Experience in writing unit/integration and frontend/mobile tests;
- Understanding of Docker and CI/CD;
- Experience in code review and independent technical decomposition;
- Ability to balance between MVP development speed and production code quality;
- Real experience using AI tools for development and ability to critically evaluate their results.
