Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Take full ownership of sales and business development for FX and related offerings throughout the UK region.
- Strategic Partnerships: Engage with key regional ecosystem participants, including banks, fintechs, payment providers, and crypto-native firms, to drive growth and partnerships.
- Product Rollout & Expansion: Partner with global FX, Trading, Engineering, and Operations teams to support regional product enhancement and onboarding of new multi-currency FX capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Work closely with regional sales teams to integrate FX and on/off-ramp solutions into the broader product suite.
- Distribution & Networking: Leverage existing industry relationships and client networks to expand FX distribution within the region.
- Client Execution & Feedback: Collaborate with trading teams to ensure seamless execution and identify market feedback to influence the future product roadmap.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep knowledge of traditional FX products, cross-border payments, and fiat rails, combined with a solid understanding of the digital asset ecosystem and stablecoins.
- Strong understanding of UK financial markets, including regulatory nuances and regional client behavior.
- Proven experience in supporting distribution, partnerships, or revenue growth with a focus on driving commercial outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across sales, trading, product, and engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
