About this role
We are looking for a Head of Accounting & Reporting to lead our financial operations across multiple jurisdictions and currencies.

Centro is an international product holding operating in several jurisdictions and currencies.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Lead monthly closing for all group legal entities
- Prepare consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
- Oversee payroll and tax compliance in different countries
- Establish accounting policies, SOPs, and internal controls
- Coordinate external audits
- Manage a team of 5+ people
- Automate processes: ERP, BI, AI tools
Requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years in accounting and reporting, including 1-2 years in a managerial position
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation experience
- Experience with multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, and currencies
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP
- Fluent English
