An international IT company in the iGaming sector is seeking a Senior HR Payroll Specialist to manage the full payroll cycle and provide HR administrative support.
Description
An international IT company developing B2B and B2C solutions in the iGaming sector is looking for a Senior HR Payroll Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the full payroll cycle
- Collecting, consolidating, and verifying data for monthly payroll calculations
- Controlling changes in salaries, bonuses, and other compensation payments
- Preparing data on hiring, terminations, promotions, and salary reviews
- Verifying final calculations upon termination and resolving discrepancies
- Advising employees on salary, bonuses, and deductions
- Maintaining data on payroll expenses, participating in budgeting and forecasting
- Onboarding employees in designated geographies
- Interacting with the HR team and accounting
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Payroll / HR Administration
- Practical experience managing the full payroll cycle
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, experience with large data sets
- Experience handling confidential information
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
