An international IT company is seeking a Project Manager to manage the launch of new features and the development of international projects in Cyprus.
Description
An international product IT company develops high-load platforms for online services worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage the launch of new features and the development of international projects.
- Coordinate the work of development, QA, and other project participants.
- Gather, analyze, and decompose business requirements.
- Manage the backlog, timelines, and quality of task implementation.
- Interact with product teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and participate in process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT.
- Successful experience in launching large projects and interacting with development teams.
- Knowledge of Agile and experience with task trackers (YouTrack, Jira, or similar).
- Understanding of client-server and microservices architecture.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and working with Wireframes.
- Understanding of UX/UI and ability to work with business requirements.
- Independence, proactivity, and decision-making skills.
- English language proficiency from B2.
