An international IT company in Cyprus is seeking a Project Manager to enhance task management processes and coordinate development teams.
Description
An international product IT company is developing high-load projects and online services.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop task management and development processes, increasing transparency and predictability of delivery.
- Organize team task management: task assignment, prioritization, deadline and quality control.
- Coordinate the development team and ensure tasks are completed.
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, assist the team in resolving them timely.
- Facilitate discussions, help in forming requirements and priorities.
- Establish communication within the team and with adjacent departments.
- Optimize development processes and implement effective teamwork practices.
- Immerse in the technical context of projects and effectively interact with developers.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project / Delivery / Product / Team Manager or in a similar position.
- Experience in managing tasks and development processes in YouTrack, Jira, or similar systems.
- Experience coordinating development teams.
- Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
- Ability to systematically build processes and ensure timely task completion.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and proactivity.
- Willingness to quickly immerse in the technical context.
